Business Analyst 2

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 2. In this position, you will be responsible for provider data accuracy.

Major duties

• Leverage all communication channels to complete assignments.  For example- Teams, email and phone calls/meetings.  
• Research, analyze and document based on project needs. 
• Make recommendations based on analysis and ongoing research and monitoring. 
• Create formal documentation based on the business needs. 
• Present to leadership.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and engage with them to learn more about the business and the business needs to solve problems. 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.  
• 2+ years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or
  working in a data driven environment.  
• Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred.
• IIBA Membership – CCBA or CBAP preferred
• Health insurer experience preferred

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Rate: $35.66/hour

• W2 Contract

• Worksite Location: Remote in EST

• 6 month contract with opportunity for hire
