If you enjoy independence and want an active role in running and managing projects, this job is for you.Manufacturing Project Engineer Job Duties:* Develop schedules, plans, and tracking spreadsheets to assess current conditions.* Use charts, graphs, and summarize data from spreadsheets to communicate status to the team.* Query customer applications to get current data and update spreadsheets.* Run meetings, assign action items, follow up, and status all open action items.* Participate in Integrated Team meetings.* Work to resolve manufacturing issues, or act as manufacturing liaison for engineering and quality teams.* Collaborate with customers and other team members, build consensus, and deliver results.* Manage competing priorities and anticipate recovery plans if not meeting due dates.* This is not a tracking job - the job requires you to deliver results and ensure teams are meeting milestones.Core Qualifications:* AS or BS Degree in a STEM related field and/or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience* 0-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Internship experiences will be considered* You have a collaborative mindset, can think independently, set your own priorities, and feel comfortable discussing and resolving daily issues.* You are able to thrive minimal direction, feel empowered to ask questions, and learn by doing.
