Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Opportunities

Work Location: 499 Colonel Eileen Collins BLVD, Syracuse, NY 13212

C&S Mid-Syracuse: Part time

Hours: Mon-Fri, 12:00-4:00pm

Wages: $16.50/hour

Hours per week: 20 hours

C&S Mid-Syracuse: Full time

Hours: Mon-Fri, 2:00-10:00pm

Wages: $17.50/hour

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping facilities looking their best through cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, waste removal, and general building upkeep. Every day brings a variety of tasks that help ensure our workspaces remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Depending on your shift, you may also assist with facility inspections, inventory management, special projects, and communication with team members to ensure exceptional service throughout the building.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, along with experience in grounds maintenance. Candidates must successfully complete multiple background checks.

Language Skills: Ability to read and follow safety guidelines, instructions, and material safety data sheets. Ability to write simple reports and communicate clearly with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.

Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing and walking, frequent use of hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Work takes place outdoors and in various conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, heat, and fumes, which may sometimes be uncomfortable.
