Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Auburn, NY. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and vendors, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting Human Resources and other agency departments. In this role, you'll greet guests, answer questions, direct visitors to the appropriate office, manage incoming mail and deliveries, maintain agency databases, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a professional, organized, and secure office environment. Every day brings new opportunities to interact with people, provide exceptional customer service, and support the important work Mozaic does throughout the community.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00

Location: 1521 Clark Street Rd. Auburn, NY 13021

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
