SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge of education and training principles, techniques and practices. Experience coordinating work processes and procedures of various trades. Experience utilizing the organizational makeup of the Shipyard to better direct those he/she leads in efficient course concurrence processes. Experience approving training schedules and allocation of required facilities and equipment.
